The detailed results of the health checks are securely available online, usually within 24 hours of blood sample collection.

- Core Lifestyle (€79): It is specifically designed to check for cholesterol levels and liver functions to maintain a healthy lifestyle as the heart and liver are the two vital organs at the core of one’s health. This health check package measures the levels of HDL ‘Good’ cholesterol, LDL ‘Bad’ Cholesterol, Non-HDL cholesterol, HDL% of the total, total cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood to check for the risks of heart disease and stroke and even analyze the complete liver function profile to avoid poor liver health increase risk of heart disease, weight gain, and low energy. The profile includes 13 accredited laboratory tests, among which 6 tests are for cholesterol and 7 tests are for liver function. The Liver function test profile includes Albumin, Alkaline Phosphatase, Alanine Aminotransferase, Gamma-Glutamyl Transferase, Bilirubin, Total Protein, and Globulins.
- Damage Control (€109): This health check targets three lifestyle-related illnesses: Diabetes, Heart Disease, and Liver Disease. It involves taking measures of glycaemic control- how well the body is managing to keep blood sugar levels in the normal range to avoid diabetes risk. The profile includes two diabetes (HbA1c) tests- the Glycated Haemoglobin and % Glycated Haemoglobin. Other than these, it includes the same cholesterol and liver tests as available in the core lifestyle health check package.
- Male Total Health Check (€299): This is an all-in-one health check package designed to test the whole male body as a system to understand and master the health of boys and men. It involves monitoring all the male lifestyle risks to put them under control. Firstly, liver and kidney function tests are performed to keep their health optimal and avoid risks of heart and cardiovascular diseases. Secondly, specific fats are evaluated in the blood to gauge the risk of heart disease and stroke in men. Thirdly, the blood is checked for essential vitamins and minerals to evaluate the body’s general energy levels and to ensure the correct functioning of the body. Fourthly, blood tests are conducted to check for any inflammation in the body by looking for CRP and the cortisol levels are checked to highlight any undue stresses.
